The house

Plenty of space in the green, minutes from the water

Our red wooden house stands in Ankarsrum, a small village in Västervik Municipality in Småland. It has 60 m² of living space and sits on a 2,000 m² plot. Lake Långsjön is about 450 metres away.

The cosy living room opens onto the conservatory. Two bedrooms sleep up to four people, and the fully equipped kitchen has a dining area for four.

The garden climbs the hillside, with moss-covered rocks, stone steps and seating areas overlooking the village. A grocery store, a pizzeria and a medical centre are right in Ankarsrum.
